The Authorization Letter is CRUCIAL .  It allows the Project to review important workers comp insurance information that can cause premium overcharges and assists in refund amount calculations.

The Letter of Direction directs your insurance company to pay half the refund to you and half to the Project.

The Premium Recovery Project requires NO upfront costs and operates on contingency.

Refunds are split between the employer and the Project.

If no refund is recovered, there is NO CHARGE to the employer.

To participate in the project, employers will also need to provide:

Copies of insurance policy Declarations Pages

Copies of recent Audit Billing Statements

This information enables the project to determine if you have been overcharged, and by how much, and also to contact your insurance companies to begin the process of obtaining your refunds.
